SAAM restaurant is een Zuid-Afrikaans geïnspireerd restaurant gelegen aan de bekende Ouderkerkse Rivèra, aan de Amstelzijde.

Het restaurant kijkt uit over de prachtige Amstel. Een van de mooiste plekjes rondom Amsterdam en ideaal gelegen tussen de A2 en A9 met ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Het restaurant biedt op de begane grond plaats voor 42 gasten, inclusief een Chef’s Table voor maximaal 10 gasten. De u-vormige SAAM bar op de bovenverdieping biedt plaats aan nog eens 20 gasten en is exclusief te huren.
