Right next to Kortjak, we have 34 free parking spaces. If this parking area is full, we have an additional free parking space on the other side of the road. There is space for approximately 20 cars there.

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation between the date the client confirms the event at Kortjak and 6 months before the reserved event, the client is liable for 10% of the reservation value; a. In the case of a cancellation between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the client is liable for 25% of the reservation value; b. In the case of a cancellation between 5 weeks and 14 days before the reserved event, the client is liable for 50% of the reservation value; c. In the case of a cancellation 14 days or less before the reserved event, the client is liable for 75% of the reservation value;

Rescheduling: The budget and communicated prices are based on the reserved execution date. When an event is rescheduled, the budget will be adjusted to the prices associated with the new execution date. Additionally, rescheduling the event within six months before the execution date incurs modification costs. a. In the case of rescheduling between 6 months and 5 weeks before the reserved event, the client is liable for 10% of the reservation value; b.
