Wij hebben er - ook op onze locatie in het Diemerbos - honderden mogen organiseren en zorgen ervoor dat jullie heerlijk kunnen genieten van een bijzondere dag. Met verschillende binnen- en buitenruimtes creëren we de perfecte setting voor jouw event.
Natuurlijk staat ons keukenteam daarbij altijd klaar voor een lunch, borrel, diner of BBQ naar wens. We hebben verschillende vergader-, lunch-, borrel-, diner- en drankarrangementen en maken veelal gebruik van duurzame ingrediënten. Leuke extra: we zijn het enige proeflokaal van een brouwerij – Bird Brewery – in het Nationaal Park en met 18 taps is er van alles te ontdekken.

House of Bird Kwintelooijen can be reached by public transport. Bus stop Rhenendael-West (Veenendaal) is a 15-minute walk from House of Bird. At train station Veenendaal De Klomp, Veenendaal West and Veenendaal centre, you can rent an OV bike.
Spending the night at House of Bird Kwintelooijen is not possible. Soof Retreats is a 2-minute drive from House of Bird, a park with 52 sustainable lodges. Otherwise, we recommend booking a hotel nearby.
House of Bird Kwintelooijen has its own kitchen where delicious products are prepared by the skilled kitchen staff. Bringing your own caterer is not possible. However, House of Bird can make a customised offer regarding catering from within the company itself.
At House of Bird Kwintelooijen, a party can last until sunset. So this varies depending on the season. After sunset, the Kwintelooijen nature reserve is closed.
The cancellation conditions are as follows. These are in effect after the quotation is confirmed by House of Bird: - Within 4 weeks before the event date, we will charge 50% of the total cost of the quotation. - Within 2 weeks before the event date, we charge 75% of the total cost of the quotation. - Within 1 week before the event date, we charge 100% of the total cost of the quotation. - In case of a change, cancellation or a no-show on the day itself, we charge 100% of the total cost of the quotation. You can inform us of the final number of people up to 4 days before the event, provided it does not deviate by more than 10% from the originally booked number of people. A change of more than 10% can be communicated until 1 week before arrival at the latest. In case of a last-minute change, we will have to charge the agreed number of arrangements.
House of Bird Kwintelooijen can be reached by car. House of Bird is located south of Veenendaal and north of Rhenen. From either direction from the N233 take the exit towards Kwintelooijen.
