Dit is een prachtige ruimte in het oude landhuis. ZIN heeft een ouder gedeelte (het oorspronkelijke landhuis en later aangebouwde kapel en fratervertrekken) en het nieuwere gedeelte wat begin 2000 is aangebouwd (auditorium, tuinkamer en kapelkamer). Houten balken veel licht en ruimte.
